Pep Carri�

Pep Carri� was born in 1963, in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. He is a graphic designer with a vast experience in editorial and cultural design, and has consolidated a resolutely public work. His images for book covers �Biblioteca Vargas Llosa by Alfaguara, Santillana Educaci�n, Taurus� posters �Liceo de Barcelona, Injuve, Ministry of Culture� and award statues �Premio Leyenda (Legend Price), Premio al Mejor �lbum Ilustrado (Best Illustrated Picture Book Award) for the Bookseller Union of Madrid and Premio de Poes�a Aula de las Met�foras (Hall of Metaphors Poetry Price)� come to our encounter in different libraries, schools, museums, streets and squares.

Pep Carri�, a patient illustrator, has contributed to the establishment of a unique bibliography: Poemas del trampol�n (Trampoline Poems), 30 de Diciembre (December 30th), Cartas Marcadas (Marked Playing Cards), Una ni�a (A girl), In prensa, Diario Visual (Visual Journal). These publications transcended the market scope, becoming a reference of a way of doing illustration.
